New Update for QuestLink is very broken

Over the past few days whenever I try to launch the program it refuses to open, I've gone into the code multiple times trying to see if there was an Issue and I couldn't find anything. it's just refused to work properly, ALOT of people have told me to just play wireless but my internet is not good enough to handle that and everything else on it. I really need a way to roll back the update from a few days ago so I can actually use the program again, please and thank you.

      I 100% appreciate the guidance, but none of those would help me, I use a program to keep the Oculus Dash from taking up unneeded space. mainly because running both it and the SteamVR overlay at the same time isn't that great. I'm not going to lie, the SteamVR overlay dashboard is leagues better than Metas. The option to get rid of the Meta Dashboard while still allowing the program to run was very helpful. And it seems that whatever they've done with this new update has messed up more than just that program I use. Seeing as now the "Meta Horizon Link" PC application flat out REFUSES to run without opening a window saying the the "Client.exe" service that the application runs off of needs administrator access from the PC, which is a load of nonsense to me as I've labeled it specifically, in the properties of the file, to tell the PC that it's fine to run without asking; Still the issue continues.
