Some advice.
Responding with "it’s obvious” to someone volunteering their free time in the holidays to help, and asking for basic diagnostic clarification, isn’t acceptable.
Those questions are asked deliberately, device detection, model reporting, and software behaviour don’t always line up, and assumptions lead to missed causes.
I’m going to step away from this thread.
