not able to have access to the meta horizon app from handy

hi,

I tried to log in and everything seemed to be fine, but as soon as I got access I received an error message on handy: "OCPeople PogsShelfQuery got errors: no errors."

I tried to deinstall and reinstall the app, empty the cache, reboot the handy and install the app on another handy. Same errors. 

How to solve this?
