Not generating code switching account on headset

Hi dears

when i added new account to my headset sucessfully, there is appearing “switch account message” but as I click on it says “cannot create code” or “ somethinh went wrong”. This is while I have logged in at my desktop horizon world efitir and meta app on my phone. What shall I do to resolve the mentioned problem?
