Hi there Gutek458, we came across your post and wanted to offer some assistance.
You've mentioned that once the download has completed, the progress bar freezes. In this case, could you please disconnect the internet connection to your PC and then reconnect it again whilst still running the installer.
If, after this, you are still experiencing issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to us via private message. We can then talk you through how to manually uninstall the Meta Quest Link App so that you can then try reinstalling it again.
