1. try a different battery (some batteries are already dead)
2. Hold the X and Menu button on the left controller and Hold the A and Universal/Oculus button
3. Open the meta app and unpair and pair the controllers
4. ensure that the controllers have no damages if so, you should probably contact Meta to get them fixed
