I guess we're stuck with USB 2 speed forever with Oculus devices, other USB 3 devices have no problem and this would be solved if Meta used display port instead of crappy USB compressed data that's no better than wifi. The only solution is to reinstall Windows as it's fundamentally a Windows issue with certain USB devices
Hey there, WrATHZer0. We know how important this issue is for you, and we want you to get the speed you want out of our devices. Can you tell us if you have read through this thread? There did seem to be some workarounds, and some users have found success using those methods. Can you please let us know if you were able to have them switch to USB 3 after you reinstalled Windows? We would love to know your progress, and we would love to answer any questions you might have. Thank you for your time, and happy gaming!

Yep, tried it all, Quest 3 like other models just drop to USB 2.0 after a time, same with Quest 2, same with Oculus Rift so it's either your own USB interface you're using or Windows just doesn't like it.

Hey there, WrATHZer0. Thank you for that fast reply and for sharing that image with us. After doing a little digging around on our forums, we found a solution in another thread that might prove to be successful for you. So let's give this a try. Go to your:
- Control Panel<device administrator and remove/uninstall all the USB 3 Drivers.
- Then, when you restart your PC, the correct drivers should be installed correctly, and the USB ports should be in working order again.
Please let us know if this worked for you. We hope to hear from you soon!

I've done this already but did it again, same issue.
