It's pretty predictable that more Quest 3 users getting this issue because as I've said, it's happened with Occlus devices in the past. It's possibly their usb interface with their driver. We have to wait for a magic chipset driver or windows update or just reinstall Windows to fix it but it will come back after a time on your new OS.
