Hmm ok, on USB device tree viewer can you see the usb(S) symbol, if so then USB3 is detected and might be turned off in your Bios
Reboot &&
Go into your BIOS and look for setting callled XHCI or XHCI Hand off, if it set to disabled or auto, it needs to be set to enabled.
reboot.
hopefully that should sort it.
