i can help you there latest version of windows 20H2 that just released has a bug it installs wrong drivers for usb controllers go to your manufactures site and download there drivers and reinstall there drivers not the microsoft ones there flawed had the same issue knew something was wrong because i charge my phone by my computer and when that update came through my phone stopped charging and my usb 3.1 ports where labled as 2.0
