Support ticket created. Looks like I need to ship everything back to get replaced. Unfortunate, but not the end of the world. Seems silly to me that you can't pair controllers in an easier way.
It's infuriating that I can't pair directly via headset. I'm having a issue that I can't pair my phone with the headset, now I'm losing work time because I don't have a left controller
Dude I swear my left controller broke but I didn't know at the time so I factory reset my headset and now I'm stuck at the pairing screen with just a right controller I bought a left one and now the left one refuses to pair its actually infuriating they need to fix this or else I'll have to buy a whole new headset and I don't have that kinda money
Gettign a new one back doesnt actually fix the issue, the issue is that meta has made the headset worse so you *have* to get the app which means you *have* to get facebook, which they obviously love, even if your phone cant connect, or isnt compatible with a new worse version of the app
