Support ticket created. Looks like I need to ship everything back to get replaced. Unfortunate, but not the end of the world. Seems silly to me that you can't pair controllers in an easier way.
It's infuriating that I can't pair directly via headset. I'm having a issue that I can't pair my phone with the headset, now I'm losing work time because I don't have a left controller
Dude I swear my left controller broke but I didn't know at the time so I factory reset my headset and now I'm stuck at the pairing screen with just a right controller I bought a left one and now the left one refuses to pair its actually infuriating they need to fix this or else I'll have to buy a whole new headset and I don't have that kinda money
Hey Benpaii1! We see that you are having issues with being able to pair your controller with your device. This is definitely not the kind of experience we want our customers to have. Please allow us to help you get pointed in the right direction. We would like to ask if you have tried any of the steps that we have posted above? If not, we do recommend going through these steps as they have been known to help others with similar issues. We would also like you to try uninstalling and reinstalling the app. When you do, make sure that the controller that was previously paired is not still connected. This can cause other controllers to have issues being paired. If you are still having trouble after having tried these, we do recommend getting to support. We are going to go ahead and post that link for you again here. Our support team will be waiting to hear from you.
