pairing issue

so i brought new ques pro controllers and i have a quest 3S headset and i was wondering why it wasn’t pairing

    Hi Anonymous​ 🙂

    They don't pair because they are not compatible with Quest 3s.

    I assume you can still return the controllers? Otherwise, you've lost a lot of money.
