Pairing wont work on my quest 2
I recently performed a factory reset on my Quest 2, and now I can’t pair it with the Meta Quest app at all. The headset turns on fine, but when I try to connect it, the app keeps showing “reconnecting” or “unable to connect”, and it never asks for a pairing code.
I’ve tried:
- Restarting both the headset and my phone
- Clearing the Meta Quest app cache / reinstalling the app
- Forgetting the device in Bluetooth and the app
- Turning Wi-Fi on/off on the headset
- Using Airplane Mode and just Bluetooth
Nothing works — it just keeps failing to connect. I’ve searched online and tried all the common fixes, but I still can’t get past the reconnect loop.
Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone have a working solution for a Quest 2 that won’t pair after a factory reset? Any help would be much appreciated!
