i have been trying to connect my meta quest 2 vr headset to the application so it can function but when i enter the code on the application it say's it couldnt pair with my headset i thought it was a software problem so i went to Sideload update and tryed to update it but everytime i reach 50% it disconect itself and stop working i tryed multiple times still same issue
tashman77 Hi there, I see you're having trouble setting up. Just want to make sure that you are setting up your headset using the mobile app on your android phone or iPhone. You must set up on your phone or tablet before connecting to the Horizon app on the computer. Once you set up using the mobile app you'll be able to connect to the app on the PC.

You can try if updating the Quest with the steps described in the video works for you.
One question..... is this Quest new to your account, or was it already set up on your account and you did a factory reset?

Sometimes after a factory reset the device kept showing in the mobile app as connected. Obviously, it's impossible to pair a headset that's already shown as connected.😉
In that case, pairing it to another phone(maybe borrow one for a few minutes) or a tablet can solve the problem.
