PCVR antagonizing me

Whenever I try to connect to my PC, I get stuck in a loading screen, and it says PC disconnected. When I check the PCVR menu in quick settings, it shows my computer, and if I look at the same spot after I click launch, it says looking for PCs or whatever, and whenever I  exit, it shows my PC. I've tried Air Link and the traditional cable method, and they all do the same thing.
