PCVR with (Meta) link cable - bad performance.

I started into this foray of VR more than a month ago trying to get my new Quest 3 headset to work with my new PC.  After a week of trying, I finally got Subside to work but no joy for Elite Dangerous, DCS, Aessto Corsa and MSFS2024.  "No Man's Sky" works for the first 5-10 minutes, all be it choppy, and then it freezes.  I've tried Air Link, Virtual Desktop and the Meta Cable Link.  I even installed an Access Point in the same room I play in, but it didn't help.  After 30 days of tinkering and trying everything I know, I still haven't played a single game other then Subside.

When I start the Meta Quest Link app, my PC gets flagged as not meeting the minimum requirements.  Why would this PC get flagged?     Check out my specs.  My PC is definately   powerfull enough to run VR.

Moterhboard: Asus Z-790,
cpu:  i9-129000k,  32Gb ram,  gpu:  nvidia RTX5070
Link Cable connection test:   2.7Gbps
All firmware, software and Drivers are all currect.

I seen so many people just plugging in their headset and getting excellent performance and great graphics.  I haven't been able to play a sinlge game other that Subside for the last 30 days.  I am getting so frustrated I'm not sure I want to continue.  What I am not interested in hearing is "well try this... it worked for me or try that...  see if that works".  I've already gone down that path.  But if there is some kind of diagnostics that can be done to confirm there is a faulty component, or possibly a bottle neck somewhere or something I can fix or replace without the need for endless tinkering, I would very much like to hear it.  I really need some experienced tech support people to help me resolve this.

I spoke with Nvidia tech support.  They spent alot of time with me but could'nt resolve the issue.  But since its a Meta Quest product I expect Meta to help fix this, not nvidia.  Only reason I originally contaced nvidia was to confirm my RTX5070 was strong enough to run VR.

Can I please get some help from Meta Quest . At this point my only other alternative is to sell my headset and go somewhere else where I can be assured of good performance and proper connectivity.

Please help.
