PLEASE HELP

Hi Meta Support,

 

I’ve been using my Quest 3 for around 6 months without issue, but recently my **left controller** started drifting. Shortly after, it began triggering inputs on its own (like the grip and trigger), and now it no longer appears in the VR space at all.

 

- It connects fine via Bluetooth.

- It shows up in the Meta Quest app.

- I can test joystick movement, so pairing works.

- But in the headset (XR space), it is completely missing.

- I have tried re-pairing, resetting, and changing the battery.

 

Please advise me on how to proceed. I believe this may be a hardware issue.

    Right now, I've removed the battery from the left controller for a little while and when I put it back in, it was fixed.Right now, I took out the battery of the left controller for a little while and when I put it back in, it was fixed

    (Also, the led light of my left controller does not light up when I insert the battery)
