Poor Performance while using Link.

I have a laptop with a I9-12900H, a 3060, 32 GBs of DDR5 6400 with a 512 GB Quest 3, and yet no matter if I run SteamVR or Oculus VR, after about 5 mins, it starts lagging like crazy with tons of visual tearing, it lags so much that it literally makes it impossible to open task manager. I have 1 Gb/s internet, to which I'm connected with ethernet, and there is no discernable difference between using Airlink and a Link cable. I've been seeing a lot of updates recently but none of them have improved performance in any discernable way. Does anyone have any fixes until Meta can get their stuff together and release updates that actually contribute and improve their software instead of taking up my storage space?
