Premium Bowling Application Connection

Inital Setup Problem:

I'm using a Meta Quest 3S headset. I connected it to my computer, the handset devices, etc. I also purchased and downloaded the Premium Bowling application. The application opens and is resident in my library. As I open it, I get a status screen that says the following:

1. Internet Connection ....... Green Check
2. Meta Login......50%...... Red X
3. Services.sadetta.com.....Red X

The game never connects fully and I'm not sure what to do next. Any thoughts?
