Problem with Air Link on the Quest 3S

i just got my quest 3s 4 days ago and ive been really enjoying it. Before it, i had a quest 1 and almost always played vr games on the pc and it never had any problems. I connected once with the 3S 3 days ago and it worked just fine, but, i dont remember exactly, after i did the update i think, 2 days ago, i couldnt even connect properly on air link and it lagged so much. So then, i saw that the network band was at 2.4ghz, i checked the router and its not dual band, so it doesnt have 5ghz. Its literally the same router i was using with the quest 1 just a year ago and 3 days ago with the quest 3S. Wtf is this nonsense pls help me
