Problem

So I have a meta quest account on my headset but my phone wants me to make a new account and I feel like if I pair it it will delete my account

    You are just overthinking this. Nothing will happen and your account will not delete.Honestly, you're overthinking this. Nothing bad is going to happen, and your account definitely isn't going anywhere. You're all good. 😄
