Profile will not respond

I have a MQ3s and two different profiles.  For some reason one profile just randomly stopped responding?  I turn on the headset, see both profiles, select but the headset just goes clear.  Profile seem to do nothing?  Please help

    Did you get an update on the Quest? How long have you waited after selecting the profile.

    I found first time loading my secondary profile on the Q3 after the latest firmware took a while. I randomly pressed Meta/menu buttons and at some point the profile came up.
