q1 is not paired to the phone app
I tried to pair the Meta app with quest 1, so I played the 5-digit code, paired it, and it went to the safety level, so I didn't move on to the next level and stopped there

Pairing the Q1 with the current version of the Horizon app won't work.
You need an older version of the app.
Have a look at the solution in the following link. It explains what you must do and includes a link to an older app version....maybe you have to try various versions to make it work.
