Q3 PC Link not working

I've seen a few posts on this, hoping another will help push this to the devs to get a fix out asap - since last time meta bricked the cable link, it was down for 2 whole weeks. 
I have done everything meta can and will recommend. All my drivers are up to day, my headset and link app both up to date, both restarted, reinstalled the link app, etc etc.
