Quest 2 battery pack not charging

I use a Quest 2 battery pack,but it isn't working with my headset. I tried the battery pack on my tablet,and it worked,but it doesnt charge my headset,my headset charges fine, but it does nothing with the battery pack,not even do the charge sound or show the charge symbol,and the lights don't turn on the pack. This is weird because a couple days ago it worked
