Quest 2 Controller issues with tracking

I've been having issues with my left quest 2 controller, when moving the controller, it moves up, down, left and right, but it wont move forwards or backwards.

I found that when holding the controller sideways to the right, or even upside down, it does track the profundity of the controller, but when it's sideways to the left or even just the standard upright position, it wont.

Another thing that seems to be part of the issue, is that when i try show the left controller to the rightside tracking cameras of the headset, it does track the movement flawlessly.

So it seems to be a problem with the leftside tracking cameras of the quest 2 headset, and some sort of axis issue with the controller sensor maybe?

Anyway, i unpaired and paired the controllers, i cleaned the tracking cameras on the headset with microfiber, i reset the whole system, i changed batteries and had the controller without a battery for about a minute, but none of that worked and im getting a bit frustrated with all of it.

Can anyone help me with this issue?
