Quest 2 controller not working in apps anymore

My quest 2 just auto-updated to the latest Meta Horizon OS level. When started my quest 2, everyhting works fine in the OS interface. After I launch an app, the controller just disappeared. the only button that still working is the button that let me quit the app. So far I have tried Skybox VR and DEO VR, both are the same. Anyone got the same issue? Thanks

    I did a factory reset and it seems going back to an earlier OS build. That problem is gone for now.
    The following link shows you how to factory reset the headset.

    I had something similar to this happen where I would start a game and it would be as if my controller was frozen on place but I just restarted the app a few times and restarted my headset a few times to fix it
