Hey Reyainas,
We see you're running in to issues with interacting with your monitors while using Air Link with your PC. We're happy to provide some steps to get things working as expected again.
First, let's make sure your Quest 2 is up to date. Here's how:
-
Press
on your right Touch controller to pull up your universal menu.
-
Hover over the clock on the left side of the universal menu. When Quick Settings appears, select it to open the Quick Settings panel.
-
Select
Settings in the top right corner.
-
Select
System, then select
Software Update from the left menu.
If that doesn't fix the issue, go ahead and restart both your Quest 2 and your PC. Here's how to restart your Quest 2:
- With your headset on and powered on, press and hold the power button on the right side of your headset until you see the Power off screen.
- Select Restart. Your headset will turn off and then turn back on.
Let us know if those steps fixed the issue.

Wondering if there was ever a fix for this. I'm having the same problem getting set up at work trying to create VR content. Other posts have suggested users need admin privileges, but that is not a reasonable (or possible) solution for companies.
