Hi there,
Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention. We get that you've been trying to fix issues with your Quest 2 not showing up in File Explorer.
For this, we would suggest you to allow file access from within the headset. First, put on the headset, go to Settings > System > Developer, and ensure "USB Connection Dialog" is enabled. Then, disconnect and reconnect the USB cable to trigger the "Allow connected device to access files" prompt and select Allow.
If this doesn't help to resolve the issue, we would like to investigate further, and for this we will require some information about your device and account that we wouldn't want you to disclose in a public space.
