Quest 2 Left Controller Just Stopped Working

Last night I was playing Orion drift (if that matters) and my left controller started to glitch, and started vibrating and blinking. I'm pretty sure it was updating. I got fed up and put it down and let them update, which they did it seemed like and stopped vibrating. This noon I came in and my left controller wouldn't blink, vibrate, or connect. I tried pairing it and repairing it it would say "paired successfully" and would show up in the app even showing the percentage. When I was pairing them, they vibrated but the light didn't turn on like it normally should. When I looked on VR, no connection, didn't even show up as connected, tried to see if I can wake it up, nothing. This makes me pissed because these controllers aren't too old and I'm not trying to get another one. Yes I tried taking the battery out for 15-30 min, I've tried fresh batteries, cleaning the controllers, nothing, no response. Meta support wasn't too big of help either. Does anyone know a solution or has this happened to anyone??

    I think if you press and hold the MENU+X buttons on the left controller for a few seconds, it will factory reset. Then try pairing it again using the MetaHorizons app on your phone. The headset needs to be on and unlocked. Press and hold MENU+Y buttons to pair. Perhaps it would be a good idea to power off the headset, wait a minute, then power it back on, before you try to pair the controller.

      Tried this, didn't work, I'll keep attempting, but no blinking, no connection, and isn't working. Only vibrates during the pairing process
