Quest 2 pairing then disconnecting

So I have a cable that is USB 3.0. I am able to connect to my PC via this cable, everything works fine. When I pair it pairs and leads me to the screen where everything is gray and has the grid pattern around with the text "Remove Headset and continue pairing on your computer." When i continue on my PC and press the blue check connection button, it immediately disconnects and says there was an issue connecting. But when I don't press the link button in my headset and run the check connection, it says it has a stable connection at 2.5 Gbps. I'm not sure what to do from here.

    Hello there,

we understand you are having some issues getting your headset connected to your PC. We would firstly suggest checking out the link provided here, to ensure your PC meets the requirements to use with PCVR. Also, make sure you are not using a mesh network as it is incompatible with our headsets. Next we would suggest repairing the app, to ensure there are no missing components to the app, preventing the connection. You can find the steps to do that listed below.

    The Repair option will:

Assess the integrity of the current Meta Quest Link app installation

Add missing files or upgrade missing Meta Quest Link app files from the Meta database

    To Run a repair:

Download and run the Meta Quest Link app installation software (meta.com/quest/setup/)

You will see a screen which says, "Already Installed"

Click the "Repair" option and confirm again on the next screen

If you are still having issues after trying that, please contact us via DM, so we can take some more evasive troubleshooting steps to assist you.
