Hi, I just factory reset my Quest 2, and when I verify that both devices are on the same wifi and I enter the 5-digit code, it just loads, and I think it times out and gives me an error that says couldn't pair with your headset on the app. I've tried reinstalling the app, rebooting both devices, factory resetting the Oculus again, and it still doesn't work. Can anybody help me?

Have a look at your app. Is the Quest still shown as paired, even after factory reset?
If so, use another phone or use a tablet to pair the headset. This error happened to other users too and they could solve it by using a different phone.
