Quest 3 and it not working after update with link cable.

Hi , I have an issue were my windows 11 system sees my headset and it comes up on the link app as ok. I can run a test on the cable and get good speed. But when I go in my headset set and click the link button it then starts to go to the connection screen with the Meta symbol and the 3 dots and just stays there. I have reset the headset to default reinstalled the link soft ware and it still doing the same thing. It did do an update of the link and the drivers but after it does this it doesn’t work. Just the meta Symbol and the 3 dots. I have tryed 2 cables with the same result. Please help.

    Thanks for flagging this issue and thank you for trying out a few ways to sort the issue already! Let's see if we can get your setup up and running again. 

     

    First of all, please can you make sure that you're not using any adaptors or cable extenders. These can sometimes interfere with a stable connection. 

     

    It could also be that your PC doesn't meet the minimum requirements for hosting the cable. You can find a list of minimum requirements via this link.

    Toggle Link off and on again in the Headset settings, then re-pair with the PC.
