Not being able to connect with your USB-C cable is definitely not what we want your Quest experience to be. We'd love to help!
We're glad you've already tried some troubleshooting steps and different cables. We'd like to provide you with some additional steps, which you'll find below.
If you haven't already, first try restarting your router. Then, restart your headset and your computer. Next, try updating your Quest software and drivers, as this may resolve the issue.
To check for software updates, please do the following:
- Press
Meta button or
Oculus button on your right Touch controller to open the universal menu.
- Select the clock on the left-hand side of the universal menu to open Quick settings.
- Select
Settings in the top right.
- Select
General, then select
Software update.

Thanks, I tried those actions before create this post....but It doesnt work. I can surf the file system using my pc, so I guess the usbc connector is fine and the cable as well, but I cant use meta link using cable
