No solution for me at the moment.
I think it is complicated to communicate with assistant.
I have to send a file, but the button "attachment" doesn't work. Even a basic action like this is not simple.
My last private mail to oculus assistance (i sent this message today) :

I though i had already sent you this document by an other way, but i have no return from you.

And i Received a mail this morning telling me if i dont reply in the 5 coming days, my ticket will be closed.
