Communication via Oculus Messenger is not convenient at all.

I can appreciate the frustration this issue might be causing, especially if you were able to use the Quest Link app with your PC in the past with no issues.
In this case, as you have already opened a ticket with our email support team, you would be best keeping in touch with them. It sounds like they requested some log files from you, and those can take some time to look over, but they will be in touch as soon as they have more information!
