Quest 3 Controller refusing to update and pair

After taking a long break from using the headset, I come back to one of my controllers refusing to pair. As such, I went into the app and tried to disconnect and reconnect it. It never gave me the vibrations it said it would but nevertheless showed as paired.

I went into the headset to see if the controller was functioning, only to see it now failing to update. The first time it got to 50% before retrying, and then it kept getting stuck at 6% a few times before stopping attempts entirely.

I have tried:
New batteries
Factory reset (this failed because it wouldn't even initiate.)
Repairing again
