So what troubleshooting have you done?

Nothing cause i dont know what to do it just keep doing that and saying failed i dont know what to do

Your controller probably needs a motherboard replacement.
If it's still under warranty, contact Meta Quest support to get a replacement controller.
If it is out of warranty and you live in USA, you can try Fix my oculus.
If you can't find someone who can repair it, you'll need to buy a new controller.
