Quest 3 not pairing any Bluetooth device

Question

Hello, i just got the quest 3 today and the set up went smooth. However, I have tried connecting 2 different via Bluetooth and after waiting I get an error message. I thought it was maybe an error on the audio so I tried connecting a ps5 controller via Bluetooth to see if it works and I got the same error. I searched on youtube and the pairing process seems so simple and I don't know what im doing wrong. It seems it's an issue with me headset, anyone else had this issue? I've spend most of my day trying to fix this as I need headphones since I live with my family. Any help will be appreciate it.

Is there any other solution? I’ve spent hours setting up my new headset, but not a single Bluetooth device will connect or work. Why do I have to factory reset the device now? This feels like a serious issue. I don’t understand how something like this can still happen years after the product and its technology were released.

We came across your post and wanted to help get you connected to your Bluetooth devices!Here are a few things you could try before having to resort to any other steps:&nbsp;
1. Restart the headset and the Bluetooth device that you're trying to connect
2. Try to sync the headset to another host device and a different device than the headset to the host device - this allows us to rule out where the issue lies
3. Remove any unsupported third-party accessories that may affect communication such as headset covers, etc.
4. Clear the Bluetooth cache on the host device (see how to below:

On an Android device:

Open Settings and go to Apps.
 Go to Bluetooth
 Tap on Storage and Clear Cache.

&nbsp;
On an iOS device:

Open Settings and select Bluetooth.
 Forget every Bluetooth device in the My Devices list using the "i" icon.
 Restart your iOS device to clear the cache. After restarting, you will be required to re-pair with Bluetooth devices again.
