There are a huge amount of problems around this. A big proportion of the community posts are about this. I'm glad in a way I don't have a powerful pc and never even tried to connect to one. I'm stand alone only and though I might be missing out on some things, I don't have the stress and troubles many people are reporting. It seems to be a lottery for if you're going to have issues or not. I really hope you get this fixed. You should not be having issues like this. It should be simple plug and play. My fingers are crossed for you ! 🤞🤞🤞
Thank you for your reply, much appreciated. I have had the headset a few months now and it is brilliant when it works correctly but often I have to restart several times and faff about with it to get it to work correctly. There seem to be almost weekly updates that mess it up nearly every time. Last time it updated (2 weeks ago) it changed the setting to do with sound so I had no sound and had to spend an hour trying different things to get it to work again. When it works sim racing in VR is brilliant and it is brilliant but sadly I have spent a lot of time over the last months re-setting it up, re-booting it and my PC to get it to work as it should. It is very frustrating.

I've had exactly the same problem since the Meta Quest Link update two days ago. Twenty times an hour, I hear the Windows sounds for ‘device disconnect and device connect’. It's really annoying!!! But my device isn't disconnecting. I can continue playing as normal (also SimRacing). I've now simply disabled the warning sounds in the Windows sound settings and am waiting for a fix.
