Quest 3 repeatedly trying to connect via link cable (repeats chime noise)

I have seen a few posts on this on the internet but my quest 3 just keeps chiming and trying to connect constantly when I plug the link cable in. Is there a fix yet? I use my quest 3 for sim racing o...

They did introduce a setting. And of course Set it to try and Connect to your PC automatically When a link cable is connected. I would start by trying to disable the Automatic Connection setting

    Sorry I should've said go into settings and do a search for Link And you'll see "link auto-connect
