I'm not familiar with Wifi 7 (it looks like Quest 3 might not even support it), but I remember some people needing to turn off the band splitting feature (to not split out the 6 GHz band) to get their Quest 3 to work on their routers. Also, the Quest needs to be on the 5Ghz wifi SSID.
