I stand corrected: The guest network was working but only for about 5-10 minutes, then it lost internet. So the only network it will stay up on is the wifi hotspot on my phone.

Do you have a lot of devices connected to your wifi (maybe lots of smart light bulbs and stuff)? I think there is a limit to how many devices some routers can support, in practice. You could try removing a few unnecessary devices and see if it makes a difference. If possible, take some devices off the 5Ghz and put them on the 2.4Ghz instead.

I do have the exact same problem with TP-Link Archer C80. I have tried every setting possible.

Try disabling QoS settings in the router, it might be killing all the other devices when the Quest is connected. Also try disabling IPv6 and see if the problem goes away with only IPv4 enabled.

QoS is not enabled by default. I also tried disabling NAT Boost. IPv6 is disabled by default.
