Quest 3S no longer showing in File Explorer

I recently downloaded Meta Quest Developer Hub, and now, my headset no longer is shown on file explorer. I've tried turning on and off developer mode (both on the headset and on my phone), different cables, and some other stuff. An intresting thing is that is does show up in the hub though so maybe the hub is stopping file explorer from connected? That's my idea but I don't know how I would fix it anyways. Help appreciated, thanks!
