Quest 3s pairing issue

Each time I attempt to setup and pair my Quest3s I have a pop up window in the glasses which suggests "pair your headset with the Meta Horizon App to continue  and goes onto say open the latest app .......and provides a code if I have trouble pairing. The only other option at the bottom of the pop up window is headset managed by your organisation. No matter what I do I am unable to get around the window. I have attempted  2 full factory resets a software update and even removing the OVR files to restart. The Meta app suggests that my headset is active and connected. However with the window always up  in the glasses I am unable to load any VR games.

    Trying to understand exactly what you mean. Is it asking you to pair with the Horizon app even though you are already paired? Or have you not paired to the Horizon app at all?

    Thanks. The PC Meta app suggests that the glasses are paired/active.
    With the glasses turned on l get the pop up window that l mentioned, which l cannot minimise or get around which then won’t allow me to VR stream. I have just repaired the device through my mobile phone Meta app which seems OK. Haven’t attempted to use the glasses yet on the PC. Will try in a couple of days.

      I'm confused whether you are trying to pair your headset with the PC or with your phone. If you are setting up a new headset, you must pair it with the Meta Horizon app on your phone and fully complete headset setup BEFORE you attempt to pair it with the PC app.

    Seems ok means what?

    Can you use the Quest standalone? 

    Just don't connect it to pc to start with and then tell us what happens.
