Quest 3S stuck as “Not found” — unable to verify device or contact support

I own a Meta Quest 3S that is factory reset and shows a pairing code.

My account lists the device under “Devices I own” as “Not found.” on the app even though it isnt paired, but shows like it is paired.

Serial number, Amazon order number, and email verification ALL fail, which blocks me from opening a support ticket or live chat on the support page.

This is a backend pairing/account issue. I need a Meta support agent to manually verify ownership and remove/reset the pairing record by serial number.

I am unable to contact support through the website due to verification failure.

      You could use the MQDH method to set up your headset. The caveat is that you still will not be able to pair with the phone app, but it should get the headset working. However, if your headset is still under warranty, try getting official support from Meta first. You can try contacting them here.
