Quest pro controller failing to pair

as far as ive seen online, this is not a problem only I have. My left quest pro controller is failing to connect to my quest pro itself. It sits there, flashing purple and white. my quest pro during the pairing process gives me a message of "controller failed to pair" HOWEVER, the right controller paired just fine. Ive tried resetting the controller, restarting, keeping it in cameras view, restarting the headset, etc. im unsure of what to do. considering i just spent around $850 on the headset and controllers for christmas.

      Hey there! My daughter and I both have the quest 3s and had the exact same problem with the left remote on her 3s! Luckily I was able to pair my controller to hers. But now I’m down a controller 😞and can’t play with her anymore. This happened about 2 months after purchase. As GhostBonez said, I too have tried all the troubleshooting possible and to no avail, it won’t connect to either headset. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
