We see that you've already tried some troubleshooting steps, including installing the drivers manually, uninstalling and reinstalling the Link app, and adjusting the USB port power settings. Unfortunately, nothing has worked yet, but we really appreciate you trying these troubleshooting steps on your own. This will help us find a solution more efficiently and effectively!

In the meantime we would recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps that you haven't tried yet:
1. Hardware Checks:
First things first! Just make sure to check out the recommended specs for Windows PC requirements to use Meta Quest Link.
- Ensure that the official Meta Quest Link cable is not damaged.
2. Air Link:
If you are using Link, ensure that Air Link is turned off in your headset settings.
3- Disable any firewall or antivirus software that may interfere with your Link connection.
Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software as this might be interfering with the connection.
