quest remote desktop, cant login

whenever i try to login it takes me to the browser i put in my details then it  takes me back to the app where it just says "something went wrong, please try again in 2-5 minutes" (which i have done). I've tried restarting the headset and pc, reinstalling the rd app and running it as administrator with no success.
